Some units are carpeted, while others have historic hardwood flooring. Many units have the original moldings, shelving, and French doors. Utilities included with the apartment are water, sewer, and heat (except on the 4th floor of 107 West Monument). Tenants pay for cooking gas and electricity.
These buildings are serviced by our top quality maintenance staff, which provides 24-hour emergency maintenance service, for your convenience. All tenants have access to a laundry room in the 107 West Monument Street building as well as a wonderful fenced in backyard behind the building.
The building is pet friendly, allowing pets under 25 lbs. For each pet a $250 deposit is required in addition to $20 in pet rent each month.
